Antioxidant Berry Smoothie

Dish type


  • 1 cup V8 V-FusionĀ® Strawberry Banana, chilled
  • 1 frozen banana (about 1/2 cup if sliced)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk dairy free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  1. Add the V8, banana, blueberries, yogurt, oats, almond butter, chia and spinach, if desired, to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
