Blackberry Rosé Mimosa


  • 2/3 Cups Sparkling Rose
  • Thyme Stems
  • Blackberries


  1. Slowly pour Sparking Wine into Champagne flute on an angle ensuring the carbonation does not overflow.
  2. Drop in Blackberries (optional to muddle the blackberries for the berries to be broken up throughout the cocktail).
  3. Top with Thyme – sip & enjoy!
