- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a square 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine apples, cranberries and 1/2 teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice; toss to mix well. Transfer to baking dish.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, brown sugar, oats and remaining 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice; mix well. Mix in softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown, and apples and berries are tender when pierced with a sharp knife.
