Cheese Fondue

The Swiss may have invented Fondue, but the whole world loves cheese. Try this fondue recipe and take your cheese relationship to a whole new level!

  • 2 cups Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups Gruyere cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 loaf of French bread, cut into cubes

  1. In a medium sauce pot over medium heat melt butter and fry garlic.
  2. Once the garlic is aromatic pour in the wine and reduce by half.
  3. Add the cheese and stir to melt evenly.
  4. Whisk in lemon juice and serve with bread, or additional fruits.
