  • 2 cups chopped butter lettuce
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup roasted garlic Italian dressing or red wine vinaigrette
