- Preheat oven to 340° F.
- Mash bananas and add in honey, vanilla, melted coconut oil, applesauce and eggs in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add coconut flour, baking soda, and almond meal. Allow to sit for 2 minutes to let the flour absorb moisture.
- Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes to one hour. If bread is browning faster than the inside is cooking, cover the pan with foil.
- Allow bread to cool before slicing, serve and enjoy!
