Pepper's Veggie Pizza


  • 1 box Our Family whole grain crackers or Triscuits or Wheat Thins (gluten-free crackers for gluten-free option)
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg Our Family Neufchâtel cheese, softened (or cashew cream for dairy-free option)
  • 1 teaspoon Our Family garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Our Family parsley
  • 4 cups Assorted fresh veggies of choice, such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes or tomato slices, and bell peppers


  1. Invite kids to place crackers on a baking sheet, neatly lining each cracker with another to evenly cover the baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the Neufchâtel cheese with garlic and parsley until evenly mixed. Invite kids to help spread evenly over cracker crust.
  3. Invite kids to top with veggies of choice and enjoy! Refrigerate any uneaten portion and discard after 4 days.
