- On waxed paper, shape beef into a 12x7x1/2-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, Parmesan, mushrooms, onion and bell pepper. Roll up, jelly-roll style. Cut into five 1 1/2-inch slices.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Wrap each slice of beef with 1 bacon slice, securing with toothpicks. Place on grill rack. Grill, uncovered, 4 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove toothpicks, and serve.
