Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken breast
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Rosemary & Roasted Garlic Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns

  1. HEAT grill to medium heat.
  2. MIX first 3 ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. GRILL to 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except buns.
  4. FILL buns with burgers and tomato mixture.
  5. Substitute: Prepare using ground turkey breast.
