- In a large, deep nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add cabbage and marjoram; cook and stir 2 minutes. Cook, covered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place fillets on top of cabbage; sprinkle with garlic?herb seasoning, and season with freshly ground pepper to taste. Add tomatoes and bell pepper. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
