Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (16-oz.) bottle sweet and spicy honey-French salad dressing or sweet and spicy French salad dressing
  • 1 (1-oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 8 (4- to 5-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking white rice, uncooked

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. For sauce, in a medium bowl whisk together cranberry sauce, salad dressing and soup mix.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a rectangular 3-quart baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (165°F).
  3. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions.
  4. To serve, spoon rice onto a large serving platter. Top with chicken and sauce.
