- In your crock pot over high heat, add a little oil, and cook your onions until soft. In a frying pan, brown your beef until it is fully brown and drain away excess liquid and add it to the crock pot with the onions.
- Add broth, both cans of tomatoes, BB sauce, Worcestershire, and turn heat to low.
- With a lid let it simmer for 4-6 hours occasionally stirring.
- Add cooked macaroni at the end before serving.
