- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a small bowl combine flaxseed and panko; set aside.
- Place fillets in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper; drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle tops of fillets with flaxseed mixture, pressing to coat. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, for the broccoli, line a baking sheet with foil. Place broccoli on baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Bake 8 minutes or until tender. Serve salmon with roasted broccoli.
