- Season the Tri Tip with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Wrap herbs around the top and bottom of the piece of meat. Using the butcher’s twine, truss the Tri Tip with the herbs under the twine.
- Grill on medium-high heat until you reach your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Cut and remove the butcher’s twine and herbs before slicing.
