- For the marinade, in a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, cayenne and salt to taste. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Pour half the marinade over chicken; reserve the remainder. Seal bag; refrigerate 1 hour.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until no longer pink (165°F).
- Chop chicken into chunks. Transfer to a large bowl. Add avocado, tomatoes, cucumber and basil and reserved marinade. Toss gently, and serve.
