CHICKEN BURGER 1.) Combine all ingredients and mix together. Do not overmix 2.) Create 6 patties, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to keep them from falling apart on the grill. 3.) Cook for 4-5 minutes each side.
1.) Combine all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
1.) Combine jalapeño, red onion and lime juice.
2.) Add avocados to mixture; coarsely smash them into chunks.
3.) Stir in cilantro.
1.) Add cooked burger to bun
2.) Top chicken burger with smashed avocado.
3.) Spread chipotle mayo on the inside of the other half of the bun and place on top of the smashed avocado mixture.
