- Preheat grill to medium direct heat (300°F to 350°F). Meanwhile, for glaze, stir together orange juice concentrate and honey; set aside.
- Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. In a small bowl stir together cumin, cinnamon, salt, garlic, cayenne and ground cloves. Add to chicken; seal bag, tossing to coat.
- Alternately thread chicken, peaches and bell pepper onto 10 long skewers.* Grill, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink, brushing with glaze during last 5 minutes of grilling. Serve with hot cooked rice.
