Margherita Flatbread



  • 1 Flatbread
  • 4 ounces Sabra Classic Hummus
  • 3 ounces Halved, miniature mozzarella balls
  • 2 ounces Quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ounces Chopped roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/2 ounce Whole fresh basil leafs
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F°.
  2. Spread Sabra Classic Hummus on flatbread.
  3. Place cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and roasted peppers on hummus.
  4. Place flatbread in a pre-heated 425 degree oven, on the baking sheet, in the lower third area of the oven.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes or until crust begins to become golden brown.
  6. Remove flatbread from oven, slice and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
  7. Garnish with red pepper flakes (optional).
