- Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Season chops with salt and pepper to taste. Grill 6 to 7 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 145°F, brushing with 3/4 cup of the sauce. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Serve chops with remaining sauce.
- Stir in tomato sauce, honey, molasses, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, chili powder, cayenne, cumin and red pepper flakes; bring to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
