- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. For the topping, in a small bowl stir together oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Place half the apple slices in baking dish; sprinkle with half the topping. Repeat layers.
- Place baking dish in oven. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm. If desired, serve topped with ice cream.
