- In a large skillet cook and stir ground beef, half at a time, over medium-high heat until browned. Drain fat; return all beef to pan. Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
- In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, corn, olives and half of the green onions. Spread beef mixture in bottom of a 3-quart serving dish; top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining green onions. Serve dip with tortilla chips.
