Try this twist on the traditional jelly filled cookie!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375* F.
- Sift together the foour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl, set aside.
- Beat the butter, peanut butter, 3/4 cup of the sugar, and the brown sugar until smooth (about 30 seconds). add the egg and vanilla, mix until blended. Gradually add flour and mix on low until smooth.
- Form the dough into balls an roll in remaining sugar, place on baking sheet. Press a hole in the center of each ball and fill with 1 tsp of fruit delight. Bake 11 to 14 minutes, until cookies are cracked.
