Touchdown Buffalo “Wing” Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Reduced-fat pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 Green onions, sliced, divided

  1. HEAT oven to 350 degrees.
  2. MIX Neufchatel cheese, shredded cheeses and wing sauce in large bowl until blended. Add chicken and 1/2 cup onions; mix well.
  3. SPOON into large cast iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until heated through. Cool slightly.
  5. SPRINKLE with remaining onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
