- Place marmalade, orange juice, oil, vinegar, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and 1/2 teaspoon of the pepper in a blender; blend until well-combined.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper evenly on chops. Place chops and 1/2 cup of the marmalade mixture in a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350Â°F to 400Â°F). Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink (160Â°F).
- Place orange slices on grill; grill 1 to 2 minutes per side or until grill marks appear. Serve chops with remaining marmalade mixture and grilled orange slices.
