- Marinate the steak in a zippered plastic bag with the oil, cayenne pepper, lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Overnight is ideal, but if you’re short on time one hour will do.
- On a hot grill, cook the steak until desired temperature.
- Let rest. In a sauté pan, pan fry the peppers and onions with garlic for serving with the steak.
- Layer tortillas over the finished peppers and onions to warm them before serving.
