Grilled Tri Tip Steak Kabobs


  • 2 pounds of marinated Tri Tip steak, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 bell peppers (yellow, red, green), chopped
  • 4 corn cobs, each chopped into rounds
  • 1 pack white mushroom, stems removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Load skewers with marinated Tri Tip steak and prepared vegetables.
  3. Place skewers on grill. Turn every 2 to 3 minutes, until internal temp of Tri Tip steak reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Remove from grill and let sit for 5 min, serve and enjoy!
