- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). In a small bowl combine mustard and jalapeño jelly; spread mixture on insides of buns. Set buns aside.
- In a small foil pan or on two layers of heavy-duty foil combine onion, bell pepper and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place bratwurst and pan with vegetables on grill. Grill, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until instant-read thermometer registers 165°F and vegetables are tender.
- Place bratwurst on buns, top with grilled onion and bell pepper, and serve.
